Gina helped make our dream home buying process come true! This house hunting process was a little difficult due to being stationed on the west coast in the military, but Gina made herself available at all hours and helped us feel at ease even being so far away. My wife appreciated all the local community information provided on anything from schools to best restaurants for lunch and dinner. Her ability to relate to the whole military PCS process was a huge benefit for us as well in giving us insightful tips about MacDill AFB. All I can say is OMG what an amazing person! Gina is kind, super smart, great communication, always gets back quickly no matter how many questions I ask 24/7 texted!. In a sellers market she gave me great advice and confidence on how to offer, followed up by having my lender talk to the other realtor all which added up to me getting the win!!!!! Everything went perfect! Her attention after the deal was excellent even showing up at the closing. If your very fortunate she could be your realtor next! Will always be my goto

We called the listing agent off of a sign in Lithia, and he immediately referred us to Gina Bartel, his Buyer's Agent. We made contact with her within 5 minutes, and from the get-go, she was and has been the best. She understood our needs, and we shared our situation with her in terms of what we were looking for. We live in Texas so there were a lot of texts and emails going back and forth, and once we honed in on a location she was super attentive and sent us applicable homes in that particular neighborhood. She schedule showings and videoed the homes s(only 2 because she knew what we wanted) so we could view them through her. Once we were under contract, she kept us abreast of what was happening next and kept us directly in the loop. She is fantastic. Being a Buyer's Agent myself, and my husband also is in the housing industry, we are very in tune with how transactions should go, and I would recommend her to anyone looking in the Greater Tampa Bay area. I have already referred a friend looking to relocate from Texas to Florida, and I know I will again. She is a true asset to Florida Executive Realty!!
